Shipping Details

All orders are shipped with care from our studio in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Your order typically ships within 3–5 business days from when you placed your order.

All orders are shipped in rigid mailers and/or padded envelopes depending on the product type to ensure that your order arrives to you in tip-top shape.

Domestic orders will be shipped via First Class USPS and tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Damages

It's important to us that your order arrives undamaged and we do everything in my power to ensure your package arrives safely and blemish-free. However, sometimes an order arrives damaged please let us know within 5 days of your package arriving that it has arrived damaged. We'll do our best to fix this error via a refund, exchange or shop credit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund excluding the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
